Managing the country’s healthcare system based on traditional and multi-system processes that are distinct from one another, hindering a comprehensive and integrated approach to the concept of healthcare is a challenging task. Continues traditional activities cause numerous problems in terms of organizing and implementing healthcare programs. In order to improve the current state of healthcare in the country, a change in traditional approaches and the implementation of a regulatory-aggregatoroperator system have been placed under the authority of governance. MCI as a leading company in the field of digital transformation and information and communication technology, had intended of implementing regulatory and operator systems to create the first national healthcare operator, which will play a significant role in establishing the digital healthcare ecosystem. The national healthcare operator is responsible for organizing and managing the interactions between healthcare service providers (HSP) and regulators (Ministry of Health/Governance). By collecting citizens’ health data, it will take a crucial step towards implementing citizens’ health records.
