To fulfill it’s mission and create a different digital life experience, MCI has commercialized the “EWANO” app as one of it’s important and strategic platforms. The services provided in the EWANO app are not limited to MCI customers, therefore subscribers of other MNO’s can also use the services provided by this app. The EWANO app currently offers services in nine categories, including financial services, operator services, support system, travel and tourism, insurance services, automotive services, charity, citizenship services and welfare services. In addition to providing daily services to users, the EWANO app also considers important services such as a customer club for various organizations and companies. This service has been designed and commercialized to solve existing issues in the field of organizational purchasing. In this model, organizations allocate an amount to their personnel in the EWANO marketplace considering each individual’s lifestyle.
